To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zenvara is not responsible for lost return packages.
